Shipping fee

For orders delivered to a Victoria address,

  • Free of charge where the order subtotal is $150 or greater

  • Australia Post Carrier-calculated rates based on location/post code where the product subtotal is less than $150

For orders delivered to a New Zealand address:

  • Australia Post Carrier-calculated rates based on location/postcode.

For orders delivered to other Australian state (NSW, ACT, NT,QLD, SA,TAS,WA) address:

  • Free of charge where the order subtotal is $150 or greater

  • Australia Post Carrier-calculated rates based on location/post code where the product subtotal is less than $150

Delivery

1. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, Spa Ceylon will;

      • Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten working days (Monday Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you;

      • For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow for up to 10 working days for delivery.

      • Please note that Spa Ceylon Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

      • Due to postal restrictions items classed as 'dangerous goods' must be delivered via the Road Express delivery method with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 business days.

    2. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Express Shipping, Spa Ceylon will:

        • Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within three working days (Monday Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; and

        • Send the order by courier where the order is to be delivered to a street address or by Australia Post where the order is to be delivered to a PO Box.

      3. Where the order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, Spa Ceylon will:

          • Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten working days from the date the order was submitted by you; and

          • Send the order by registered mail.

        Prices and Payment

        All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

        The amount payable to Spa Ceylon for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

        a. except for New Zealand, the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

        b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

        c. the sum of any other fees which Spa Ceylon levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

        Where the Order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, the amount of GST will be deducted from the price of each Product ordered.

        You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Spa Ceylon accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Spa Ceylon also accepts Paypal payments.

        Where the Order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, you may need to pay customs charges to the New Zealand government in addition to the Order Amount. While Spa Ceylon Pty Ltd. provides no advice on what these charges may be, to help you understand the possible custom charges that you may incur you may wish to visit www.customs.govt.nz.

        Returns

        Only items purchased on the Spa Ceylon website can be returned to spa-ceylon.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

        Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. 

        Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

        Additional non-returnable items:

        • Gift cards
        • Some health and personal care items

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged not due to our error
        • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
        Returns - 'Change-of-mind'  (if applicable)

        Unfortunately we do not offer 'change-of-mind' refunds, we only offer an exchange or a credit voucher.

        Refunds (if applicable)

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

        Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

        Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        Sale items (if applicable)

        Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

        Exchanges (if applicable)

        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vilentri.com and send your item to:

        Gifts

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
